…er design Replace legacy Modal+Form layout in ToolConfigModal and SkillConfigModal with the shared ParamDialog shell (480px centered, 2px corners, vertical ParamField layout, standard two-button footer). Move boolean parameters from antd Switch to ParamSwitch (blue toggle) with vertical label-above-control arrangement. Add BooleanSwitchInput adapter in ToolConfigModal to bridge Form.Item value/onChange to ParamSwitch checked/onChange. Also includes resource-picker drawer updates (AddAgent/AddModel/AddSkill/AddTool/AddResource) and minor agent-capability/agent-prompt adjustments to wire the new components.
…with the design spec ParamDialog: add optional description, variant-scoped CSS (tool/skill/model), StandardCloseButton, Button-based footer, fixed chevron icon, and restyled 28px inputs; shrink ParamSwitch to 38x20. Extract ParamDialog.module.css. Resource pickers: extract shared ResourcePickerDrawer.module.css with data-picker-part hooks, add width/bodyClassName props to AddResourceDrawer, and redesign agent/skill/tool/knowledge rows (768px drawer, HarmonyOS fonts, agent cards 148px with gradient selection, skill/tool rows 59px, knowledge rows 104px). Tool config: variant='tool' with two-line description, collapsible test section and auto-scroll reveal; skill config uses variant='skill'. Model params: switch accent to #0067D1, larger knob, updated hint typography. Fix zh locale labels (MCP服务, 分块).

Resolve avatar conflicts by preserving the design-aligned sphere artwork and shared upload rendering. Keep local test authorization changes out of this commit. Validation: staged diff check passed. Frontend type-check remains blocked by workspace type errors and missing test dependencies; component regression could not run because Vitest is unavailable.
