Changes to simple patches API, which greatly minimizes the changes needed to URV

TODO:

Get bundles updating on launch without showing the snackbar
Figure out why pre-release fails because it's trying to connect to localhost and not api.morphe.software

Everything works here except the update snackbar is shown on startup. I'll merge this now and fix snackbar in another PR.
