Account cascade delete removes the account users' entitlements for the whole bank #2954
DELETE /obp/v4.0.0/management/cascading/banks/BANK_ID/accounts/ACCOUNT_ID runs DeleteAccountCascade.deleteEntitlements, which takes every user with access to the account and deletes all of their entitlements at BANK_ID (MappedEntitlement.bulkDelete_!!(By(mBankId, bankId), ByList(mUserId, userIds))). Bank-level roles are not tied to one account, so deleting a single account also removes roles such as CanCreateAccount or CanGetCustomers that those users rely on for the rest of the bank, including the administrator who has owner access to the account. For the bank cascade this is consistent, because the bank itself is deleted; for the account and product cascades it reaches beyond the deleted data.
Would it be acceptable for the account cascade to leave bank-level entitlements alone and only remove what belongs to the account (account access, views, and so on), keeping the current behaviour for the bank cascade? Happy to prepare the change and tests once the intended behaviour is agreed. Related: #2953 restricts the users this step picks to the account's own BANK_ID.
