Completes the existing unified tracker implementation against the FleetControl API in OpenHD-Technologies/OpenHD-FleetControl#1.
The tracker lists public OpenHD issues, website reports and pull requests with search, type/status/repository/component filters, pagination, priority labels and detail views. Details include original GitHub links, associated pull requests and a private-diagnostics sign-in link for maintainers.
The report form requires title, description, reproduction steps, version, component, Air/Ground hardware and both diagnostic archives. It fetches configurable limits and availability from FleetControl, verifies Turnstile, reports upload progress, preserves pending submission tokens and confirms the created issue link. A separately marked incomplete-diagnostics workflow requires an explanation and maintainer review.
Uses Docusaurus theme colors, responsive layouts and base-aware links. The existing social-card HTML parser patch now preserves form tags to prevent hydration duplication. Removes the unused Python-backend requirements because FleetControl owns uploads and integrations. The HTTPS API endpoint remains configurable at build time.
Validation: Node 24 TypeScript check and production build passed locally; eight Playwright tests pass locally and in GitHub Actions across desktop/light and mobile/dark, including mandatory archives, distinct entry types, pagination, details, disabled-server behavior and exceptional diagnostics. Layout checks verify no whole-page horizontal overflow. External integrations are mocked in website tests. Existing changelog-anchor warnings remain outside this change.
Production remains blocked on VPS configuration. A read-only preflight confirmed missing BUG_GITHUB_TOKEN, BUG_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY and BUG_TURNSTILE_SECRET. Existing Zoho mail infrastructure is reused, with optional SMTP support in FleetControl. Submissions stay disabled. The approved notification recipient raphael@openhdfpv.org is now configured on the VPS; existing environment content and secrets were preserved. Live GitHub creation, received notification mail and production administrator downloads must be verified after configuration. Do not merge for production until those checks are complete. Deployment and recovery steps are documented in BUG_TRACKER.md and FleetControl docs/bug-tracker.md.
