This prepares ARM64 audio builds for validation alongside the matching libopenshot and openshot-qt branches.

  • Contribution: integrates Add native Windows Arm64 audio build readiness #171, with follow-up fixes for optional ASIO support and newer compiler compatibility.
  • GitHub CI: automatically build and test on native Linux and Windows ARM64, including an installed-library WAV round trip and architecture checks. Existing Intel jobs remain enabled.
  • GitLab: add an opt-in Windows ARM64 job for a suitably configured runner.

Validation: current GitHub checks pass, including both ARM64 builds. Production-builder verification remains separate from these checks.

Integration order: audio → libopenshot → openshot-qt, using arm64-support in all three repositories. Keep these integration branches separate from develop until final builder and packaging verification is complete.

Companion PRs: OpenShot/libopenshot#1117, OpenShot/openshot-qt#6205.

Add hosted and production CLANGARM64 lanes, fail-closed native-host/package validation, exact dependency locking, and ASIO-optional JUCE configuration while preserving existing architectures.

AI assistance disclosure: implementation and review used GitHub Copilot CLI.
