Accepting this in despite CI failing - i want to pull this into the v11 change that is coming due to the container uid/gid changes that are potentially breaking - as well as line up disabling puppetboard by default in favour of openvoxview

wierd this is also having the same merging blocked due to commits must have verified signatures check - but the DCO check passes.... |

What
This change allows users to inject custom configuration files in openvoxview.
For good measure, the "Usefull PQL queries located here is injected.
As the configuration is never empty ( Useful PQL queries), it is alway injected.
This will NOT break any existing deployment
