Adds the browsable API (pages: a page instead of JSON when a browser asks, with each route's help, links and actions read from the service's OpenAPI document), the sign-in form and its routes (login, generic over a SignIn the service implements: whether a directory is configured, its home page, and checking an account against its own access rules), and Site, which carries the service's name, document, cookie names and the routes whose body is its product. Every line is covered by tests, including a real router for negotiation and every sign-in refusal.
