The docs had accumulated overlapping historical audits, plans and obsolete validation notes. Replace all 16 additional documents with one concise
docs/README.mdcovering current limitations, a prioritized roadmap with acceptance criteria, and essential diagnostics. Update the repository README links and remove an obsolete audit reference from a decoder comment.Remove the
isfCTest registration that compiled and rendered the entire bundled shader library on every platform. Targeted ISF safety, rendering, video, golden-image and example smoke tests remain. The exhaustive sweep is still available manually withpinol_tests --check-isf isf.Validation: CMake configure succeeds; CTest JSON confirms
isfis absent and targeted render checks remain; docs contains exactly one Markdown page and its repository links resolve; all eight CI routing tests pass;git diff --checkpasses. No executable C++ behavior changes.
