Compatible with osTicket 1.18.x SCP (staff control panel). Selectors cover
classic #header / #nav / table.list markup plus 1.18 additions
(#error_bar, select2, custom queue dropdowns, redactor toolbar).
Palette: background/header #222526, inputs #3e4346, borders rgb(72,78,81),
active sub_nav rgb(31,63,94). Priority: high/emergency #3f0303, normal #2d2d00,
low #124700 (also set in ost_ticket_priority).
Open the OSTicket file include/staff/header.inc.php and insert after the
translatable.css link (around line 52 on v1.18.4):
