0.5.3: Copy Link gives http links (local link service) - #10

…l link service - Desktop always listens on 127.0.0.1:<port> (default 41721). With the Local API off it is links-only: /open and /media/thumbh only, no API, web UI or MCP. - /open requested from this machine as a top-level navigation focuses Vixel at the item and returns a script-free "Opened in Vixel" page; other devices get the web view. Background fetches (Sec-Fetch-Mode != navigate) get 403; Host guard still applies. - Copy Link / Copy Markdown / Copy Markdown with Thumbnail all use http links (LAN address when LAN access is on, else localhost); vixel:// stays only as an incoming protocol for old links. - Settings shows when the link service can't bind its port. - 0.5.3

Per issue #3 feedback: http links are recognized and highlighted by every notes / chat app, unlike
vixel://./open+ thumbh) when the Local API is off./openopens the item in Vixel; other devices get the web view.http://…/open?…links.Verified live: navigate 200 + app jumps to the video moment; no-cors fetch 403; rebinding Host 403;
/api,/,/media/thumb404 in links-only; thumbh 200; copied link round-trips. Tests: unit, typecheck (node/web/server), db smoke, server security 16/16.
