Problem

Both minio/minio (Docker Hub) and quay.io/minio/minio (quay.io) require authentication and are not publicly accessible from CI:

  • minio/minio: pull access denied — repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'
  • quay.io/minio/minio: unauthorized: access to the requested resource is not authorized

This causes the ib/test/api CI job to fail at docker-compose up.

Fix

Add infrabox/test/minio/Dockerfile that downloads the minio binary directly from dl.min.io (MinIO's official distribution), following the same pattern already used for postgres and opa.

Update docker-compose.yml to build minio from this Dockerfile instead of pulling a pre-built image from an external registry.

minio/minio on Docker Hub is no longer publicly accessible.
Replace with quay.io/minio/minio to fix API test CI failures.
…ling from registry

Both minio/minio (Docker Hub) and quay.io/minio/minio require authentication
and are not publicly accessible. Build minio from the official dl.min.io
binary download instead, following the same pattern as postgres and opa.
debian:bullseye is EOL, debian-security packages return 404.
Switch to bookworm (Debian 12 LTS).
dl.min.io is blocked by Cisco Umbrella in CI. Use GitHub releases instead.
Update env vars from MINIO_ACCESS_KEY/SECRET_KEY to MINIO_ROOT_USER/ROOT_PASSWORD
as required by minio >= RELEASE.2021-04-22.
