Rename organization validation and reusable project verification workflows; update the caller template, tests and verified GitHub metadata. Regenerate the organization profile through its generator so badges use the new workflow paths.

71 control tests passed. Final profile-focused suite: 19 tests passed. check and profile commands passed; regenerated committed profile has no drift. docs-audit: 0 violations; page-headers --check passed. Actionlint clean. GitHub API verified each renamed metadata workflow at its published feature-branch commit. Private mirror README matches generator output.
Cross-repository graph checks passed for workflow files/names, reusable references, package event sender/receiver pairs and the actual Book dispatch payload. Git diff whitespace checks passed. No check or test weakened.
Integration: merge provider/reusable workflow and Book receiver before their callers, and coordinate the package protocol cutover after in-flight package chains finish. Keep manual triggers. SNode.C retains its currently unused build-dependent-packages receiver. Existing captures pin old tooling and event identities; rerunning an old capture does not upgrade it. No old-event compatibility path or duplicate generator added. No branch/default-branch rename, settings changes, tags, manual CI dispatches or direct Packages/Book-Companion changes.
Accounting: executable workflow LOC neutral across all repositories; physical production +15 lines, all requested description comments; test code +20 lines (Book +19, package protocol +1). This repository adds 2 description comments; test LOC neutral.
