Page-level navigation currently mixes repository roots and overview headings, so visitors do not consistently land on the destination banner. This change introduces a stable banner anchor, uses repository/organization/person icons with destination names, and adds the approved Volker Christian account route. Both SNode.C identities retain the SNode.C display name and distinct accessible labels.
The existing renderer owns both root and child navigation. Organization profile generation retains its catalog and template authorities; authored section, release, source and download links keep their targets. Mobile identity buttons use compact icons, and full buttons accommodate long names.
Validation: all 76 control repository tests pass; page-header drift check passes; docs-audit reports zero violations; generated profile matches its template and catalog. Production Python changes: +27/-33 (net -6); test changes: +38/-10 (net +28).
Companion changes in product and package repositories will use the same banner destinations. The account profile is live at https://github.com/VolkerChristian#banner.
