Adds `offensive-dom-clobbering` under `web`, in the house SKILL.md format. Complementary to `offensive-xss` and `offensive-prototype-pollution`.
Coverage: named HTML elements overriding globals and document properties, form/id/name collisions, and clobbering that reaches script gadgets. Defender view: do not trust document properties as config, strip `id` and `name` in the sanitizer, and lock down globals.
Uses `example.com` only. Cites CWE-79, PortSwigger DOM clobbering research, and the HTML named-access rules. README web table updated, CHANGELOG bullet added, `claude-skills.json` regenerated with `tools/build_manifest.py`.
