Adds All-Chat to the store.
All-Chat (https://allch.at) merges chat from Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok and a few others into one overlay for people who multistream. This plugin lets you drive it from your deck: send a preset message to every connected chat at once, and start, close, lock, resolve or cancel polls and predictions.
Linking to an account happens once from the action settings. It opens the browser to approve the device, so there is nothing to copy or paste. Pasting a personal access token still works for setups without a browser. Standard library only, no extra dependencies.
Starting a poll or a prediction needs an All-Chat premium account. Everything else is free, including ending a round that is already running.
