Generate TS bindings with ts-rs, add light mode - #2

Replace hand-written types in ws.ts with bindings.ts generated by ts-rs. Add just gen-types/check-types recipes and a CI job that fails when the committed bindings are stale. The old WsCommand type was already missing OtaUpload.
Move all colors into CSS tokens in app.css (dark default, light under the media query). Plotly reads the tokens at render time and redraws on theme change. Trace palette is theme-aware via --trace-N.
