Count Codex discoveries per character - #116
Conversation
TFMC Codex keeps a journal per character in characters/. Read those files when the folder exists and key live journals by character ID, so the codex_percent_ and codex_holders_ placeholders count characters. Upstream Codex's per-account players/ files still work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Isolate a live journal when character lookup fails.
journalId falls back to getUuid() only when getCharacterId() is absent. If an available getCharacterId() throws, reflection propagates the failure. read then stops before processing the remaining entries, and safeLive() replaces the complete live map with Map.of(). This drops all other live entries for that refresh. Falling back to getUuid() would miscount a TFMC journal under its account UUID.
Catch the reflective failure per entry and continue with the remaining entries.

A characters/ folder left behind after a rollback to upstream Codex would make the census read stale character files while live data is keyed by account. Check the running Codex's PlayerData for getCharacterId instead, and fall back to the folders only when Codex is not running. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

TFMC Codex (Codex #2) now keeps a journal per character in
plugins/Codex/characters/<character>.yml, and its live player map holds the journal of the character being played. This PR updates thecodex_percent_andcodex_holders_placeholders to match, so they report the share of characters that found an entry rather than accounts.CodexPopulationreadscharacters/when that folder exists and falls back toplayers/otherwise.CodexLiveReaderkeys live journals bygetCharacterId()when Codex has it and bygetUuid()otherwise. That keeps the placeholders working with either Codex jar, so it doesn't matter which plugin is deployed first.Tests cover both layouts and both kinds of live journal.
