TA_TRACKED_VGCMAKEKIT_TAG (256d9462b) is no longer reachable from any ref of ValeevGroup/kit-cmake: its branch was rebased into kit-cmake PR #22 earlier today and deleted, so a fresh clone cannot check it out. Master's last green run (Oct 14) predates this, so master is affected as well.

This re-pins to 624173e76, the rebased copy of the same commit, now an ancestor of kit-cmake master. git diff 256d9462b 624173e76 touches only modules/CheckCXXFeatures.cmake, renaming vgkit_check_p0522r0 / VGKIT_P0522R0_COMPILE_FLAG to vgkit_check_cxx_p0522r0 / VGKIT_CXX_P0522R0_COMPILE_FLAG; TiledArray uses neither (it only calls vgkit_check_libcxx_linker_mismatch). Later kit-cmake changes (the FindOrFetchBoost / Boost 1.92 work) are deliberately not picked up here.
