Description

This PR lets users give a task a custom name. The name shows in the history list and in the task header.

Data model

HistoryItem gets a new optional title field.
The task field does not change. It keeps the original first prompt.
I did not overwrite task. taskMetadata() builds task again from the first message on each save, so a rename stored in task is lost when the task runs again.
TaskHistoryStore.upsert() merges new data into the stored item. Task saves do not include title, so the custom name stays.

Extension host

A new renameTaskWithId webview message sends taskId and the new name in text.
ClineProvider.renameTaskWithId() trims the name and saves it with updateTaskHistory().
A blank name removes title. The history then shows the original prompt again.
updateTaskHistory() sends taskHistoryItemUpdated to the webview. The history list and the open task header update with no reload.

Webview

The full History view has a new rename (pencil) button on each task. The compact list on the home screen does not show it.
The expanded task header has the same button, next to Export, Copy Prompt, and Delete.
The button opens an inline text box. Enter saves. Escape or a click outside cancels.
If the user saves a blank name or the original prompt, the custom name is removed.
The list, subtask rows, task header, and search use title when it exists. Copy Prompt and the tooltip still use the original prompt.
The new history:renameTask label is translated in all 18 locales.

Check with care

The text box does not stop keydown events from bubbling. The VS Code webview host listens on window for clipboard and undo shortcuts. If the event stops, paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V) does not work. A test covers
this.

Test Procedure

Automated tests:

packages/types: history.test.ts checks that the schema keeps title.
src: ClineProvider.taskHistory.spec.ts checks rename, clear, an unknown task ID, and that a later task save keeps the title.
webview-ui: new and updated tests for RenameButton, TaskTitleEditor, TaskItem, TaskItemFooter, useTaskSearch, TaskActions, and TaskHeader.

Open the task. The header shows the new name. Expand the header. Click the pencil button and rename again.
Send a new message in the task. Go back to History. The custom name stays.
Rename the task to a blank name. The original prompt shows again.
