What changed

Page order and copy

  • The Django coding demo now comes right after the hero; the Maya booking replay moves after Results.
  • Both demo descriptions are rewritten as a short intro plus bullets.
  • New How CacheBack works heading and description above the animation. The copy is drawn from the abstract and covers text messages, full KV transfer, and CacheBack.

Maya replay (demo/index.html)

  • Agents are labelled by what they do ("Agent 1 reads booking-confirmation", …, "Agent 4 answers the question"). Labels wrap instead of being cut off.
  • Handoff arrows use the same color as the CacheBack highlights.

FanOutQA and LongBench diagrams

  • Evidence (Wikipedia pages, document parts) is shown as separate dashed boxes that each agent reads.
  • The LongBench diagram is wider, and its arrows are now drawn shapes sized to the gap, so the arrowheads are no longer hidden under the next box.

Legibility

  • Desktop is zoomed to 85%, so 14px gray text rendered at about 12px. The muted gray is darker (#636b6b → #4a5252), body text uses DM Sans 450, and description and caption sizes are larger.

For reviewers

  • The KV size example in "How CacheBack works" is my own arithmetic, not a number from the paper. Qwen3-8B: 36 layers × 8 KV heads × 128 dims × 2 (K, V) × 2 bytes ≈ 150 KB per token, so 120K tokens ≈ 18 GB. Please check it.
  • Cache-busting query strings are bumped (styles.css?v=legible-2, demo/index.html?v=fit-9), and website/check.mjs is updated for the new section order.
  • Checked visually in WebKit at desktop width and at 390px. node website/check.mjs passes.

- Put the Django coding demo first and move the Maya replay after Results.
- Rewrite both demo descriptions as a short intro plus bullets.
- Maya replay: label agents by the document they read and draw the
handoff arrows in the highlight color; let labels wrap instead of
  truncating.
- FanOutQA and LongBench diagrams: show evidence as separate boxes that
agents read; widen the LongBench diagram and draw arrows that fit the
  gap so arrowheads are visible.
- Add a "How CacheBack works" heading and description above the
  animation, drawn from the abstract.

The desktop layout is zoomed to 85%, so 14px gray descriptions rendered
at about 12px. Darken the muted gray, use DM Sans 450 for body text, and
enlarge description and caption sizes.
