fix(cli): default pi and claude aliases to anyrouter/free - #107

Reviewed: cargo test green (278+19+10+103+7). Claude path sets ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_{HAIKU,SONNET,OPUS,FABLE}_MODEL=anyrouter/free; explicit --haiku/--sonnet/--opus/--fable and a pinned --model still win (alias closure unchanged). No BYOK-only default left (DEFAULT_MODEL is anyrouter/auto, pi maps auto to free). Nit: no README/help text mentions the defaults, so none needed. Note: the anyrouter-repo default-model check needs duyet/anyrouter fix to accept anyrouter/free.

Defaults (pi, claude haiku/sonnet/opus/fable) were BYOK-only anthropic models, so a new user with no credits got a 404 on first run. All five now default to
anyrouter/free, which resolves for any account. Premium users switch with--modeloranyr models use. No account detection (kept simple).Verified live with a smoke key:
