docs: add info about devexpress blazor components support testing with bunit and links to devexpress documentation

Hey @GusevAlexander-DevExpress

Thanks for making the contribution! A small few things I noticed.

  1. Ideally (as this is a docs update) we target stable branch so it goes "live immediately"
  2. The documentation is showing the setup for v1 which is deprecated and therefore if folks using the latest version, the shown documentation does not really work anymore.
