cli: run kubeadm reset when removing control-plane nodes - #157

Conversation
When removing a control-plane node, run kubeadm reset on the node before deleting it from Kubernetes. This cleanly removes the node from the etcd cluster, preventing quorum loss when the node goes down. Without this, removing a control-plane node from a 2-node cluster leaves etcd unable to elect a leader, breaking the entire cluster. Assisted-by: AI Signed-off-by: Alice Frosi <afrosi@redhat.com>

This is required to test bootc-operator for upgrading control planes at bootc-dev/bootc-operator#255
