Document interactive MCP views for the public launch

Checkly's MCP documentation currently describes structured tool results but gives users no way to discover the three interactive views. Add an Interactive views page with prompts, screenshots, client requirements, pagination, refresh behavior, and response-time limits, and link it from navigation, the overview, tools, and troubleshooting.

Includes three screenshots of the committed production MCP App bundles rendered through the official AppBridge with fictional sample data. They show the actual components without client-specific chat chrome or account credentials.

Release coordination

Interactive views are available to every Checkly account; no plan or rollout opt-in is documented. Publish alongside the public backend rollout in monorepo #4996. Verified against monorepo main 440221e31a7586ebdede7698ce55e47bfe1ac0b1, which still requires ELEMENTS_EMBED for these tools. This PR only changes documentation. Coordinate publication with removal of that gate; no new authentication setup or session scopes are needed.

Validation

• Frontmatter and canonicals, 179 legacy redirects, six API navigation tests, API group tags, sitemap, and git diff --check pass.
• mint broken-links passes with all screenshots present.
• All three production UI bundles render and Refresh works through AppBridge with sample results.
• Hosted Mintlify preview checked on desktop and mobile: all four changed pages render, all three images load, prerequisites expand, and mobile has no horizontal overflow.
• MCP Apps client support checked against the official MCP documentation. Actual presentation inside a named AI client remains separate from the component captures.
