Add a "PHP 8.2 + lowest" job to the test matrix: it installs the lowest versions allowed by composer.json (--prefer-lowest --prefer-stable) on the lowest supported PHP version, so wrong lower bounds are caught by the CI. The lowest set (cleverage/process-bundle 5.0, Symfony 6.4.0, psr/cache 2) passes the test suite: no lower bound needs to be fixed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #41: the CI now also tests the lowest versions allowed by
