I'd like to request Maven.
Problem Statement
As a user of Cloudsmith,
I'd like to request maven is added for a credential-helper,
so that I can use short lived credentials easily with maven on my local workstation.
Thanks for creating the issue @karlhaworth we've done some work in the background to create some maven, gradle and sbt extensions that can call out to the Cloudsmith CLI to grab credentials from its generic credential helper.
Waiting for some rounds of internal testing and feedback before putting it out for general consumption. It will be extremely similar to https://github.com/cloudsmith-labs/cloudsmith-keyring but for the Java world.

Awesome! Thank you for the update. We look forward to utilizing this.
It builds on top of functionality the CLI already has. The maven library calls out to the cloudsmith domain list command to see if a domain provided via maven servers is a valid cloudsmith domain, if it is then it shells out to cloudsmith credential-helper generic to get the saml credentials that were established on the cli via a cloudsmith auth -w workspace.

Hello, thank you for this suggestion!
We've logged this internally and the team should have this out soon!

Hey @karlhaworth
We've opened up the library behind it https://github.com/cloudsmith-labs/cloudsmith-maven-tools and have a pending PR to add a user friendly
installcommand #520 I'm hoping it will make it into the next release, or the one after that.It builds on top of functionality the CLI already has. The maven library calls out to the
