Summary

  • Replace biome with oxlint (type-aware, denyWarnings) and oxfmt, modeled on sanity-modules
  • Replace bunchee with tsdown (shared tsdown.base.config.ts, publint + attw run in CI builds)
  • Bump TypeScript to 7.0.2, vitest to 5.0.5 and @changesets/cli to 3.0.3
  • CI now runs format check, lint, test and build

No breaking change for consumers

Built with bunchee first and compared against the tsdown output:

  • exports maps unchanged; fixedExtension: true keeps .mjs / .d.mts file names
  • Runtime and type exports match for every entry point; sample outputs identical
  • Same JS syntax level in output
  • attw (esm-only) and publint pass
  • tsdown emits an extra internal shared chunk (no-<hash>.mjs) next to the entries

Notes

  • Package tsconfigs drop outDir (TS 7 requires rootDir with it); root sets noEmit
  • formatObosMembershipNumber's unused param renamed to _options (lint)
  • Source, READMEs and CHANGELOGs were reformatted by oxfmt (single quotes in Markdown code blocks)
  • No changeset added, since there is no intended consumer-facing change. Add a patch changeset if you want a release.

Test plan

  • pnpm fmt:check
  • pnpm lint
  • pnpm test:ci (121 passing)
  • pnpm build (attw + publint clean)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

and bump typescript, vitest and changesets.
