fix: raise brace-expansion override to 5.0.12

Problem

Snyk reports 3 findings on master, all in transitive brace-expansion 5.0.9 (2 high, 1 medium). An earlier fix pinned that override at 5.0.9, which is still vulnerable.

Fix

LIBRARY: consumers never see our lock file or overrides, so this only changes this repo's own install and CI scan. Raised the existing brace-expansion override from 5.0.9 to 5.0.12 and regenerated the lock file. Package version 2.1.14 -> 2.1.15.

Snyk 3 -> 0; npm run build-ts passes.
