docs: 完成 API 站内搜索索引更新验收

变更说明 / Description

确认新增API未及时出现在站内搜索的原因：现有Algolia crawler为每月23日抓取，前次完整抓取在9月23日，本次网站发布后未运行。路径/发现范围覆盖全站，目标index与前端一致；中英文页面、DocSearch元数据与上下文过滤均正常。

• 沿现有配置手动抓取，19:30:02—19:32:35（上海）完成；索引19,324→21,572条。
• URL Tester中英文Webhook各成功提取110条记录。
• 真实前端过滤下，16个目标页标题、4个端点、2个旧页control全部命中；记录语言/current/tag均正确。
• 浏览器中英文搜索弹窗均可找到并打开新增Webhook指南，截图保存为本地交付证据。
• 回写PLAN、发布摘要与搜索验收记录，并补充维护流程。仅维护记录，网站内容、配置和脚本无变更。

The existing crawler runs monthly on day 23 and had not crawled since September 23. A manual crawl completed using the existing configuration and refreshed the actual frontend index from 19,324 to 21,572 records. All 16 bilingual API title targets, four endpoint checks and two legacy controls passed with the real frontend language/tag filters; both website search modals returned working target links.

No crawler schedule or editor draft was published. Two oversized-record failures remain limited to the Chinese/English v10.0.180 changelog pages; the API targets passed. This PR updates maintenance evidence only and contains no keys or account identities.

验证 / Validation

• 22/22 public search queries HTTP200; all target/facet assertions passed.
• Chinese and English browser search results and navigation passed.
• JSON parsing/counts/sensitive-field checks, pnpm api:check -- --build, git diff --check passed.
• Staged diff contains no site page, static resource, source, configuration or script change; no redundant full build or runtime tests.
