What changed in this PR
Adds the super-saiyan badge to the profile achievement system for users with at least 9,000 current followers, without awarding XP.
Changes:
- Defines the badge and calculates capped progress from the current follower count.
- Adds a Dragon Ball icon to the achievement shelf and dialog.
- Updates documentation and tests for unlocking, relocking, progress limits, and unchanged XP.
