… refreshes digests
…resh command The postUpgradeTasks command that refreshes lockfile URLs and sha256 digests is gated by the global-only allowedCommands option, which cannot be set in renovate.json5. Set it via the RENOVATE_ALLOWED_COMMANDS env var in the renovate job, and grant contents:write so the refreshed files can be committed.
