Pin score_docs_as_code via git_override to docs-as-code main at 1f9452a270d238f7504c7a053b3886536234a650, which includes eclipse-score/docs-as-code#982 (fixes the "Needs have already been post-processed and frozen" crash of the version-scoped report pies). Bump score_process_description to 2.2.1 to match the resolved version and update MODULE.bazel.lock accordingly.

Migrates the module verification report to the dedicated
mod_ver_reportneed type shipped withscore_docs_as_code8.4.0 (eclipse-score/docs-as-code#944). Same migration as eclipse-score/baselibs#672.docs/verification_report/module_verification_report.rst:document->mod_ver_report, iddoc__logging_verification_report->mod_vrep__logging__report. The covered module is named explicitly viabelongs_to: mod__logging;verification_method: test_and_inspectionis the new mandatory option.statuschanges fromdrafttovalid, becausemod_ver_reportonly allowsvalid|invalid. The reference in the module safety plan follows the id change.MODULE.bazel:git_overrideofscore_docs_as_codeto1f9452a270d238f7504c7a053b3886536234a650(docs-as-code main incl. fix: resolve links in templates after Needs are frozen docs-as-code#982, which fixes the "Needs have already been post-processed and frozen" crash of the version-scoped report pies),score_process_description2.2.0 -> 2.2.1 and the matchingMODULE.bazel.lock; the bumped versions match the resolved ones. The override can be dropped with the next docs-as-code release.
