Updates the known-good pins of three modules to their latest main and regenerates
bazel_common with scripts/known_good/update_module_from_known_good.py:

Further changes:

• patches/persistency/003-undev-deps-for-root-module.patch rebased onto the new
  persistency MODULE.bazel (same edits; googletest is now 1.18.0 there, and the hunk
  offsets moved because of the new docs-as-code git_override). The baselibs patches
  apply unchanged.
• MODULE.bazel.lock updated via bazel mod deps --lockfile_mode=update.

Notes:

• bazel mod deps reports that the resolved graph now selects newer versions than
  the root MODULE.bazel requests for platforms, rules_shell, rules_cc,
  flatbuffers, rules_python and aspect_rules_lint. These are warnings only;
  the root declarations are left unchanged to keep this PR scoped to the module bump.
• baselibs moves forward by 152 commits; the full CI (build, tests, docs) is the
  real check for downstream compatibility.
