Changes to the alerting v2 docs look good - thanks!
Kibana #281663 split action-policy handling out of the rule skill in 9.6, and #298119 renamed the skills to rule-authoring and action-policy-authoring and dropped the experimental-features gating. Document both skills, keep the 9.5 behaviour (rule-management, which also composes action policies), and update the inline tools list and the alerting Agent Builder page to match. - Scope agentBuilder:experimentalFeatures to 9.5 and drop alerting:v2:experimentalFeatures as a skill prerequisite. - Add the 9.6 space and project availability limits. - Point links at the moved alerting/esql pages. - Scope the 9.5 save-order rule (policy blocked until rule exists). In 9.5 the skill also composes action policies and is assignedplatform.alerting.manage_action_policy.action-policy-authoringentry (9.6+ and Serverless).alerting:v2:enabled(on by default in 9.6, #298343).agentBuilder:experimentalFeaturesapplies to 9.5 only. In 9.6 and Serverless the skills are only available in Classic or Observability spaces and in Observability projects.alerting/esql/rules/after [Alerting V2] Move the docs to alerting/esql #8516: skill names, requirements, notification setup by version, and the save order. Merge after kibana#298119 reaches Serverless production. As of Oct 22 it is on QA but not on production.
