Pulsar is an Atom fork still under active development and inherited all of the packages previously published to atom.io, including
lanaguage-elvishso this can still be installed and used.As the atom.io website and package backend were sunset and taken down, the link to the package for Atom is dead so I've updated it to the github repo which is the source of both the original Atom listing and current Pulsar one. It is still possible to install Atom packages but it has to be directly done from the repo with something like
apm install iwoloschin/language-elvish.
