• Deprecate old style import

  The goal of this milestone is to deprecate the two old style import styles (`ert.ecl` and `ecl.ecl`). - Make sure that libecl itself produces no DeprecationWarnings with Komodo versions of dependencies. - Make sure pydoc gives meaningful assistance (document package init) - Deprecate old style imports and poke scripters to update their scripts - Push to version 2.3
