flashduty automation create now supports --run-in current-chat|web. When an AI SRE agent invokes it from an IM conversation and omits --run-in, the request leaves destination and scope unset so Safari binds the rule to the authenticated current chat and its scope. --run-in web explicitly creates a normal console rule. Update commands cannot move the destination or scope.

The command, generated API surface, and agent reference material all describe the same contract. This branch also merges current main's RuleFolders support and pins the reconciled SDK contract to github.com/flashcatcloud/go-flashduty v0.15.18-0.20261016025836-93c9482173b5 (SDK head 93c9482173b5f8b02276074b2c3b0fb5644749ec).

Validation passed locally:

  • go test -race ./...
  • make check-cards
  • make lint
  • make build

The generated command inventory remains 366 commands; the incoming main RuleFolders command has no generated diff after reconciliation. GitHub CI passed for the pushed merge commit f9dde4dfb16f1b85e6c0f3a2bc5c49ae92de01fa, including Linux/macOS/Windows builds, lint, Actions/Go analysis, and CodeQL.

Live Feishu verification previously covered both omitted destination/current-chat creation and explicit --run-in web, including inherited scope and no execution at creation. The Linux amd64 feature binary was staged only into that regression IM session. This PR does not publish or replace the global CLI binary; a production release still requires a GitHub Release/GoReleaser artifact and an explicit harness/BYOC upgrade.

Companion PRs: Safari #1551, Event #3156, SDK #100, and AI SRE Web #768; all target main.
