The shell installer now defaults to the directory of the flashduty already on PATH and falls back to /usr/local/bin only for fresh installs (flashduty-cli: fix/install-replaces-existing-binary). Updates the zh/en CLI install page and options table.

Merge after the flashduty-cli change is on main.

docs(monitors): document public folder management APIs
Electron SDK 0.4.0 adds sessionSampleRate, sessionOnError and
remoteConfigurationEnabled with getRemoteConfig().

- Electron advanced config: add the three options to the init table and
  new sections for session sampling, on-error session capture (including
  the Session Replay limitation) and remote configuration.
- Electron compatibility: list the new capabilities and the replay
  limitation; note in the integration guide that sampling is decided by
  the main process.
- Application management: list Electron among the platforms with the
  remote configuration tab and the "Allow remote configuration" switch,
  with the knobs it reads and the 0.4.0 minimum version.
