Records that `pip install git+https://github.com/generative-computing/granite-switch-systemone\` now works anonymously, with no git config, credentials or SSH agent, and that the `vllm.endpoint_plugins` entry point registers.
This is also the first PR since branch protection went on, so it checks that the CI jobs and the DCO app report and that the ruleset applies.
