[baxtereus] Way to use baxtereus from source with current HEAD version

Because the master version does depend on

• always add current poisition as the first point in trajectory points RethinkRobotics/baxter_interface#73
• add minjerk interpolation method RethinkRobotics/baxter_interface#72
