Build output was verified equivalent: for every published package, the emitted .d.ts/.json/.svg files are byte-identical, CSS output is byte-identical apart from one dropped rolldown-vite-specific comment marker, and JS output is semantically identical (confirmed by diffing esbuild --minify-normalized bundles, which strips only bundler-specific formatting).

Overview
Updates the dev server UI’s direct @launchpad-ui/icons dependency from 0.18.13 to 0.26.7 in package.json, with the corresponding package-lock.json refresh.

The lockfile now resolves 0.26.7 at the app root (including newer @launchpad-ui/tokens ~0.19.0 for that tree), while older @launchpad-ui/core / @launchpad-ui/components packages still pull nested 0.18.x icon copies—so two icon major lines can coexist until those Launchpad packages are upgraded.

There are no application source changes; pages that import Icon from @launchpad-ui/icons will pick up the bumped package at build time. Reviewers should sanity-check the dev server UI build and icon rendering, and note that 0.26.7 declares React ^19 peers while this app stays on React 18.3.1.

Icons require React 19

High Severity

@launchpad-ui/icons 0.26.7 declares react/react-dom peers of ^19 and depends on @launchpad-ui/tokens ~0.19.0, but this app still pins React 18.3.1, @types/react 18, and tokens 0.11.3. Direct Icon usage on flags, events, and debug pages can fail to typecheck, install under strict peers, or render with missing token styles. Other LaunchPad packages remain on icons ~0.18.13, so npm also nests a second icons copy that no longer shares the app IconProvider sprite/context.
