Add the canonical
pkgs/mwrapcategory andtests/mwrapconsumers without publication path conversion or mcpp engine changes. Published legacy package identities/versions stay compatible. The bilingual mwrap contract and authoring skill specify upstream[.N] versions, upstream API namespaces, macro modules, explicit feature/backend scope, actual executable templates and concise xxx-m READMEs (normally <=100 lines).Local validation: seventeen updater regressions pass; the full audit covers 91 automatic declarations plus two reviewed immutable snapshots and retains historical versions. Current new/updated descriptors pass resolver grammar and namespace/name/mirror/version checks; every archive was downloaded twice with matching SHA256. Fresh strict gRPC host-tool execution and an actual fresh workspace host-tool run passed, with locks proving both 1.83.0.1 dependencies. A real immutable OpenCV archive strict consumer passed exact image/PNG/JPEG/scalar contracts; its fresh default image template passed. Release packaging then exposed a missing static-implementation license tree, fixed in source 5da7fc8; the fixed notice/relocation rerun and latest full native index CI are in progress.
Draft PR; final source/archive/deployment CI and the requirement ledger remain acceptance gates. Current OpenCV/ORT and other source/template work has a separate PR per repository. No merge, tag or release is included. mcpp engine source remains read-only; its independent documentation PR is not a prerequisite.
