- Share get_attached_ranges, shared site document loading and the shared-document assertion instead of keeping copies
- Remove dead code: no-op href rewriting pass, PagesDrawer match_kind, unused CSS rules and hook classes, unused context and parameters
- Unexport file-local helpers and types
- Reject relative links in Markdown pages, as the manual documents
- Render node.href as is in Link and LinkPreview
- Fix README content model, INTEGRATION backend table and return-path check, stale comments and script help
