⚙️ Local Installation & Setup

If you want to run WorkWave locally on your machine, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v16 or higher)
• MongoDB (Local or Atlas URI)
• Cloudinary Account (for image uploads)

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/mickeyweb1/workwave.git
cd workwave

2. Backend Setup
  cd server
  npm install 

Create a .env file in the server folder and add your variables:
  PORT=5000
  MONGODB_URI=your_mongodb_connection_string
  JWT_SECRET=your_super_secret_jwt_key
  CLOUDINARY_CLOUD_NAME=your_cloud_name
  CLOUDINARY_API_KEY=your_api_key
  CLOUDINARY_API_SECRET=your_api_secret

Start the backend server:
  npm run dev

3. Frontend Setup
Open a new terminal window:
  cd client
  npm install

Create a .env file in the client folder:
  VITE_API_URL=http://localhost:5000

Start the frontend development server:
  npm run dev
