Remove the obsolete
https.globalAgent.options.rejectUnauthorized = falseworkaround from the Adoptium API module.The mutation disables TLS certificate validation for every default-agent HTTPS request in the shared extension-host process. Current VS Code/Electron versions no longer require the expired-certificate workaround.
