1ES.PublishNuget@1with package-onlyCopyFiles@2staging followed byEsrpRelease@14, using the configuration from ci(publishing): replace direct NuGet push with ESRP release msgraph-sdk-dotnet#3189. Remove the unused NuGet tool installer.NuGetOrganizationNametomicrosoftgraph, a verified owner listed on the Microsoft.Graph.Core NuGet package page;Microsoftis also listed as an owner. Package/profile HTML did not expose an explicit account-type indicator, so separate organization-account-type verification is not claimed.nuget-orgapproval environment, release-information scripts, and GitHub release assets. ESRP stages only top-levelMicrosoft.Graph.Core.*.nupkgandMicrosoft.Graph.Core.*.snupkgand waits for release completion before GitHub release updates. Document the publishing flow inCONTRIBUTING.md.Validation:
git diff --check origin/main...HEADpassed. A freshpython -check using PyYAML passed against currentorigin/main: only the migration and related documentation changed; package staging, ESRP destination, completion wait, and preserved pipeline surfaces were verified. Earlier checks parsed all 14 repository YAML files, confirmed every ESRP input exactly matched the merged reference, and exercised Azure task-libraryfind/matchwith release and prerelease fixtures: only the core package/symbol files were selected, unrelated/nested files were excluded, and package bytes and original GitHub assets were retained. Temporary validation dependencies and fixtures were removed..NET build/unit tests were not run for this pipeline/documentation-only change. No release pipeline was queued and no package was published. Live Azure DevOps task availability, service-connection/release permissions, Key Vault access, and ESRP publisher onboarding remain unexercised; no external configuration blocker has been confirmed.
