Engineering Team Lead for AI & Automation and Platform Engineering at Roadsurfer. Two teams, six engineers, and most of my week is still code. Based in Frankfurt.
I use Claude Code every day and keep looking for better ways to work with it. When something works, I share it with my team and other engineers at Roadsurfer.
- skills: my Claude Code plugins. The best one is
orchestrate, a planning skill based on Matt Pocock's wayfinder. It breaks a project that's too big for one agent session into small decisions, then hands the build to agents with a separate reviewer and verifier. - claude-sidecar: a Docker image that runs headless Claude Code with your project's toolchains and an egress firewall, so YOLO mode stays safe.

I wanted to be an electronics engineer. In high school I built RoboCup Junior soccer robots: the electronics, the mechanics, and the code, in Z80 assembly and in C with CodeVisionAVR. Then university took me into software engineering instead. It turned out to be the right call, and I've been a happy accidental software engineer ever since.
