Publish the scripts the docs site runs in the browser - #106

.mintignore excludes scripts/ so the docs-sync harness never reaches the published site. That folder also held the three scripts the site loads, so since 89b99ab Mintlify stopped shipping them: the Cloud / Self-hosted toggle, its floating copy next to the Documentation tab, the Book a call button and the docs switcher on the logo were all dead. The browser scripts move to js/, which stays published, and scripts/ keeps only the harness.

/js/no-tab-jump.js,/js/deploy-mode-toggle.jsand/js/docs-switcher.jsreturn 200,/scripts/check-coherence.mjsstill returns 404. Before the move/scripts/no-tab-jump.jsreturned 404.Also raises the Self-Healing button by 2px, at both breakpoints.
