style: raise the drum from the bottom of the chat panel - #20

The drum relief is now wider than the panel, centered at the bottom edge with only its top third showing behind the composer. The header's corner drum is removed so the panel carries a single ornament. Refs #19 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
