get_platform_organization reads /api/public/app/info (ISSUE-165) - #487

Egeria removed platform-services/server-platform/organization-name in 816076ab50. Mandy Chessell confirmed the same value is the organizationName field of GET /api/public/app/info. That response has no relatedHTTPCode envelope, so it is requested with is_json=False. Verified live on quickstart 9443: returns 'Coco Pharmaceuticals'. This closes the last open item of ISSUE-165.
